Accounts and membership

• One account per person, with details that are true and that match your identity document (national ID or passport).
• Your nickname is your public identity on the platform, and it has to be something we would put on a family stage.
• Fake or multiple accounts are prohibited, and we may suspend or close any account used for abuse or manipulation.

What you upload

• You keep the intellectual property in your performance. By uploading it you grant the programme and Media Town Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it, store it, process it, and show it on this site, on social platforms and on the programme's live broadcasts.
• You confirm that you hold every performing and recording right in what you upload, and you carry full legal responsibility for any infringement of somebody else's rights.
• The performance is final: one video per contestant per season, between 20 and 50 seconds. Once the moderation team approves it, it cannot be replaced or edited.

Your performance stays yours. We only need permission to show it.

How the competition runs, and the team's decisions

• Matches and live challenges take place on TikTok Live, following the format published in the competition guide.
• Decisions by the jury and the moderation team on accepting performances, counting results and selecting finalists are final and binding.

Reaching the live shows, and management contracts

A contestant who reaches the top 48 signs the official contract and the competition charter governing their part in the live broadcasts, granting Media Town Productions the exclusive right to manage and commercially represent their artistic and media work under the attached management agreement. Agreeing to and signing that contract is a necessary condition of continuing in the competition.

Integrity and transparency

• Votes and likes must come from real people using confirmed accounts.
• Automation tools, bought votes and fake accounts created to influence the result are strictly prohibited. Any manipulation we find removes the contestant immediately and voids their results for the season.

Changes, and getting in touch

We may update or amend these terms when we need to. Where a change is material, members are notified on the site or by email. For any regulatory or legal question, write to the legal address at the bottom of this page.
